Is my client data secure?
Yes. Every coach's data sits in its own isolated workspace — no other coach or client ever sees it. Nightly encrypted backups to a separate region. Your data is never used to train models.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your workspace pauses. No long-term contract, no penalty.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They open the link in any phone browser and tap 'Add to Home Screen' — it feels like a native app with push notifications, no app store install required.
Do my clients see each other?
Only on the optional leaderboard — and you can turn that off in Settings. Your clients never see each other's check-ins, weight, photos, or chats. The trainer is the only shared link.
What if the platform goes down?
Hosted on the same infrastructure as Vercel, Cloudflare, and major fintechs. 99.9% uptime SLA on Studio. Daily backups mean even a worst-case incident recovers in under an hour.
How do payments work?
₹999/month for Pro, ₹2,499/month for Studio. Annual plans get 2 months free. UPI, bank transfer, and card payments accepted — pick what works for you at checkout.
What if I change my mind?

Can I have multiple coaches under one brand?
Yes on the Studio plan, which includes 5 staff seats. Staff coaches share client visibility and chat history. Only the owner controls billing and branding.
What happens after the trial ends?
Your workspace pauses — your clients keep seeing their assigned plans but can't make new check-ins until you upgrade. Pay any time in the next 30 days to resume exactly where you left off.
